Thank you, Dia. I didn't do many bowls last year -- but had a few sitting in the shop in various stages of roughing out....seems like a good thing to get those done.
This is Oregon Myrtlewood. Most of the touristy places in Oregon (ie. the larger coastal towns) have a myrtlewood wood gallery.

This bowl is really exquisite, Bob... what a beautiful finish!
